Dr. Christopher J. Kurtz

 

Dr. Christopher J. Kurtz was born in New York in 1972. He graduated from St. John's with a B.A. in philosophy in 1994. Dr. Kurtz completed his graduate studies in Theology in 1998 and received his doctorate in Metaphysics from American International University. He has taught in Connecticut, Memphis, and San Diego
where he has worked with the mentally disabled. Dr. Kurtz is the author of the novel - Last Dance and the nonfiction book - Demons and Madmen which has been nominated for the 2001-2002 Pulitzer Prize in Nonfiction. He currently resides in New Mexico with his wife, where he continues to teach and to deal with the question - What makes a serial killer tick?
